The following steps describe how to create a field on the application form to hold the business entity title.

To create a field on the application form to hold the business entity

  1. Log on to the relevant application. For example, BMC Service Desk: Incident Management.
  2. Create a character field on the application form to hold the business entity title.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
