Using service target scheduling to build service targets


Creating and modifying service targets results in new or modified workflow. The Remedy AR System server must refresh the cache to make the new or modified workflow available.

Best practice
Depending on the load on the server at the time the service targets are built, refreshing the cache can cause a degradation in performance. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule service targets to be built at non-peak times.
