User permissions


The following table describes the permission groups for BMC Service Level Management (BMC SLM). The employees that perform these roles vary from organization to organization. One person can function in more than one role, or a group of people can function in one role.

For more details about the types of people that can work with BMC SLM, see User-roles.

Important

All roles must have a BMC SLM user license to view BMC SLM dashboards and consoles.
