Viewing service targets in BMC Service Desk Incident Management

You can view request-based service targets that have been attached to incident requests. This enables you to see whether the service target has been met, missed, or is in a warning state. The icon shows the worst-case status.

To view service targets related to an incident request

  1. Log on to the Incident Management Console and open the relevant incident.
The BMC Service Level Management (BMC SLM) Status icon is displayed on the Incident Management Console and on the Incident Request form.
  2. Depending on the BMC SLM Status, click Details or the icon to display the SLM:Integration Dialog form.
The status gauge on the SLM:Integration Dialog form shows the current status of the selected service target.

For more information on the status gauge icons, see Understanding-the-BMC-SLM-status-icons.
For information on the SLM:IntegrationDialog form, see Understanding the SLM-IntegrationDialog form.
