Using BMC SLM with BMC Remedy ITSM applications


You can use BMC Service Level Management (BMC SLM) with other applications in the Remedy ITSM suite. If any of the Remedy ITSM applications are installed with BMC SLM, BMC SLM is automatically configured to work with that application. BMC SLM is also registered in the CMDB Federation; if BMC SLM is installed with other Remedy ITSM applications, you can view configuration items (CIs) with the CI Relationship Viewer.
