Browser notification configurations for agentsBy default, the SLA timeout value is set to minutes.

A new parameter slaTimeoutUnit is available for configuration. Use the <slaTimeoutUnit> parameter to define the SLA timeout value in either minutes or seconds.

Chat summary for agentsA prompt-based skill is available to configure the chat summary for agents using the BMC HelixGPT.

An additional agentic skill is available to configure the chat summary for agents using the BMC HelixGPT.

When setting up a chat summary in BMC HelixGPT, you can select either the prompt-based skill or the agentic skill.
