User goals and features


Users who are assigned roles perform tasks to achieve their respective goals. Roles determine what data and UI pages users can access and the actions they can perform. As a user with a role, you should understand why you perform certain tasks and what you need to do to achieve certain goals.  

 The following table lists the roles, their goals, and the corresponding tasks:

Catalog Administrator

Control user access to services that are provided to the organization by the managed service provider company.

Respond to end-user queries and resolve issues; improve the end-user experience.
