Creating promotional banners


Aa a catalog administrator, you can create, configure, and expose promotional banners to attract end users' attention to a particular service, promote calls to specific user actions, or provide general information to end users. Banner images are displayed on both desktop and mobile devices.

Learn how to create, configure, and make banners available to end users. The following table lists mandatory tasks to create your minimal banner. These steps enable you to add a minimum viable banner with no customizations.

The following table lists optional tasks to customize your banner. These steps enable you to suit your banner to particular business needs. For example, your company has launched a mandatory compliance training for all employees. It is available only in October, so that you create a banner that advertises the training during October. In the banner schedule, you can set the deactivation date to November 1.
