Configuring the labels used in BMC Helix Digital Workplace

You can customize the labels for appointments, catalog sections, global search, My Activity, and My Stuff as required by your business. For example, you can change the title of the Contact IT button to Contact support. English is the default locale, so configure the labels for this language first of all. If your browser uses a locale that BMC Helix Digital Workplace does not support, the labels set for English are displayed. Label customization helps accommodate the application to specific regions and provides a location-wise user experience.

Before you begin

Specify the value for other supported locales only after you have specified the value for English.
