22.2.01

Ability to create TMF621 Trouble Ticket for events

BMC Helix Intelligent Automation enables you to create a TMF621 (Telecommunications Management Forum is a standard in the telecommunications domain) Trouble Ticket for qualifying events in BMC Helix for CSP, which is a service assurance solution provided by BMC for Communication Service Providers (CSP).

If a problem occurs in any of the servers in your environment, an event is generated in BMC Helix Operations Management. An automation policy gets triggered in BMC Helix Intelligent Automation for events based on a predefined event policy, and a trouble ticket gets created in BMC Helix for CSP. After the ticket is created or updated, an information event is sent back to BMC Helix Operations Management via BMC Helix Intelligent Automation.

Support for pass-through proxy server for configuring on-premises connectors

Use a pass-through proxy server to configure the on-premises connector if a host does not have internet access.

You can use a proxy server to connect with all supported on-premises applications.

The documentation for each on-premises connector contains information about connecting via a proxy server. For an example, see Configuring-the-TrueSight-Orchestration-connector

Run NSH jobs in TrueSight Server Automation

Add jobs as actions in automation policies by connecting to TrueSight Server Automation. You can run Network shell script (NSH) jobs in TrueSight Server Automation as part of a policy. For more information, see Running-NSH-script-jobs-in-TrueSight-Server-Automation

  • Ansible Tower
  • Generic REST API
  • Kubernetes
  • TrueSight Orchestration

The cloud connectors for Amazon Web Services and BMC Helix Innovation Studio continue to work successfully. For more information about the impact and the recommendations, see Deprecated-and-discontinued-features
