Connecting with BMC Helix for CSP
To configure the solution
- On the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation console, click Solutions > Proactive Service Resolutions with BMC Helix for CSP and click Configure.
- Enter the URL and the port number where your BMC Helix for CSP is available.
Enter the username and password for BMC Helix for CSP and save changes.
If the connector is configured successfully, the Integration is Enabled message appears. Consult the following table to understand the artifacts that get created with this step:Artifact name

To view or delete the integration
- On the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation console, click Solutions > Proactive Service Resolutions with BMC Helix for CSP and click View.
You can view the connection details such as the endpoint URL for the target application, but not the credentials for the integration. - To delete the integration, click Delete.
On the warning message that appears, click Yes.
When you delete the integration, only the automation policy templates and the BMC Helix for CSP connector are deleted. Automation policies that use the templates stop working.
