Remediating events for services and situations

As an operator, remediate open events for services and situations by running automation. Using BMC Helix Intelligent Automation, automation engineers create automation policies that can trigger automation actions to remediate open events. If an event condition matches with the trigger condition defined in an automation policy, the relevant automation action is displayed against an open event in BMC Helix AIOps.

Request for a new automation

If there are no existing automations for open events or if you want any additional remediating actions, you can raise requests. Automation engineers will create policies in BMC Helix Intelligent Automation, which appear as automations.

Create automation policies to remediate causal events associated with services

As an administrator, you can launch BMC Helix Intelligent Automation from BMC Helix AIOps to create policies, which will create automations to resolve causal events associated with services. You need permissions to create automation policies in BMC Helix Intelligent Automation.
