Using the BMC Helix Ops Swarmer agent with Microsoft Teams to help resolve situations

BMC Helix AIOps connects with the BMC Helix Ops Swarmer agent with Microsoft Teams, powered by BMC HelixGPT, to help operators or site reliability engineers (SREs) investigate and resolve situations faster without leaving the Teams interface.

Use Microsoft Teams to get the following insights:

  • Information about situations such as the summary, root cause, situation ID, status, severity, and priority.
  • Incidents created for the situations and the contact details of relevant team members who can help resolve the issue.
  • Generative AI-driven 5 Why analysis for a situation and a step-by-step action plan to help resolve it faster.
