Create, request, or run automation for closed events
You can create, request, or run automation actions for closed events and situations.
Creating automation for closed events ensures that automation is available for similar open events.
For more information, see Monitoring-service-health and Performing-situation-actions.
View additional details for incidents
For an impacted service, view the incident status and priority on the Incidents tab of the Total Events panel.
Click the Details icon and use the cross-launch link to view the original event (for which the incident information event is created) in BMC Helix Operations Management.
For more information, see Monitoring-service-health.
Automatically refresh when switching tabs
If you navigate to another browser tab or application and then return to the Services or Situations page, it is refreshed immediately and displays the current system health. The auto-refresh timeout starts based on the configured interval.
For more information, see Configuring your personal settings.

Configure health indicators dynamically for a service
(Controlled availability only)
Define health indicators for multiple CIs simultaneously by using the Dynamic Configuration option.
With this option, use regular expressions to configure health indicators for all applicable CIs. You no longer need to define health indicators for each CI individually. If any CIs that match the regular expressions are added or removed from the service, service designers do not need to manually update health indicators for those CIs.
For more information, see Adding-health-indicators.
Distinguish services based on severity
The user interface for BMC Helix AIOps has been refreshed to incorporate the new color scheme, which helps you to distinguish services easily based on severity or status.
Get realistic examples for service blueprints
The service blueprints documentation includes realistic examples demonstrating how service designers can model services by using these blueprints.
In addition, the documentation includes several short, silent videos that illustrate key aspects of the service blueprint creation process. These videos provide a visual and detailed walkthrough, making it easier for service designers to grasp the process.
For more information, see Creating-service-blueprints.
