Configuring Foundation

The BMC Remedy ITSM Suite applications are built on top of the Foundation module. The Foundation contains the common forms, workflow, and data that are needed to support the applications.

This section provides the following information:

Application administrators must complete some required Foundation configuration tasks before you can use the applications.
