Remediating events for services and situations
As an operator, remediate open events for services and situations by running automation. Using BMC Helix Intelligent Automation, automation engineers create automation policies that can trigger automation actions to remediate open events. If an event condition matches with the trigger condition defined in an automation policy, the relevant automation action is displayed against an open event in BMC Helix AIOps.
The following image shows an example of automations available for open events for an impacted service.
The following table lists the activities that you can perform to remediate open events for services and situations.
