Configuring status updates and notifications
Status updates and notifications enable end users to quickly see the status of important services and determine whether a problem is local or system-wide. These messages promote cooperation and information awareness in a hybrid work environment. As an administrator, you select which notifications to send for different events (broadcasts, social posts, service request updates, and so on). For example, you can configure BMC Helix Digital Workplace to send push notifications to end users on submitted requests, send emails about pending approval requests, or they can turn off notifications.
To find common questions on email notifications in BMC Helix Digital Workplace and links to the best resource for each, see Common questions about BMC Helix Digital Workplace email and updating notifications in bulk .
