Perhaps we can see the guideline to integrate BMC Virtual Chat with Azure Bot Framework for those want to develop their own bot and integrate with BMC Virtual Live Chat.
I'm trying to find some information to doing exactly that, do you know of any guides to do so?
I apologize for missing your earlier queries! BMC Virtual Chat has specific integrations available. If you are developing your own bot, at the point that you want to launch a live chat with an agent, you can open the Self Service Portal at http://midTierServer:port/eschat/arhome.html
