DSO Filter Configuration plug-in configuration

The DSO Filter Configuration plug-in adds or deletes a DSO action such as DSO Delete, DSO Return, or DSO Transfer to or from a filter. This DSO action is then used as an event for DSO. The filter list is provided in a configuration form, which is an input for the plug-in configuration.

Plug-in type

DSO Filter Configuration is a Java-based ARDBC plug-in.

AR System server connectivity

The AR System server interacts with the DSO Filter Configuration plug-in by using the BMC Remedy AR System Java APIs. This plug-in (DSOConfigurationPlugin.jar) is installed in the <ARInstallationFolder>\pluginsvr\dsoConfig folder.

The configuration information of the DSO Filter Configuration plug-in is available in the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.
