Synchronizing incidents with vendor BMC Helix ITSM incidents via BMC Helix Integration Service
BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker enables the management of incidents across multiple instances of BMC Helix ITSM. When a service desk agent creates an incident in your BMC Helix ITSM instance, BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker creates a corresponding incident with a vendor's instance of BMC Helix ITSM. Similarly, when an incident is created in a vendor instance of BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker creates a corresponding incident in your BMC Helix ITSM instance. The trigger conditions that you specify when configuring BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, define the criteria for incidents to be created in BMC Helix ITSM.
