Using custom connectors for integrations via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker provides out-of-the-box connectors that you can use to implement your integrations by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit. If the out-of-the-box connectors do not suffice your requirements, use the custom HTTP connector to integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications.
