Troubleshooting incident summarization issues


You may encounter issues while trying to enable the incident summarization feature. This topic provides information about troubleshooting such issues.

ProblemResolution
The option to generate an incident summary does not appear in incidents.
  • Make sure that the disableHelixGPTSummary CCS parameter is not set to true.
  • Make sure that the HelixGPT-Assistant-Service-URL CCS parameter is configured.
