Create a new contract from an asset or a contract
As an asset manager, create a contract from an asset or a contract ticket and relate it without navigating away from the ticket. This feature reduces the extra steps, saving you time and effort in asset management.

Use contextual search in the Contracts console filters
The Contracts console supports type-ahead search in filters, offering contextual suggestions for search criteria such as email ID and department. Suggestions appear after you enter the first three characters. This feature aligns with other BMC Helix ITSM consoles, delivering a consistent, intuitive user experience that boosts productivity and reduces your training time on the console.
