FSM Gateway Installation and Configuration

The FSM installation package utilizes an integrated InstallShield setup wizard to deploy both the FSM Gateway and FSM Studio concurrently. The FSM Gateway serves as the essential middleware component, managing secure communication, data synchronization, and robust offline capabilities between mobile devices and the BMC Helix/Remedy backend. Accompanying the Gateway is FSM Studio, a low-code design interface used to configure, brand, and deploy the mobile applications that field technicians utilize. By combining these into a single installer, the system ensures that your development environment (Studio) remains perfectly version-synced with your communication server (Gateway), providing a unified foundation for your enterprise mobility platform.
