Diagnostic information available from the Virtual Chat Administration Console
The Virtual Chat Administration Console provides access to the update history and to system information.
Update History provides a history of all updates that have been made to Live Chat.
System Information identifies each module that is part of BMC Virtual Chat. Each module identifies itself and provides status information. You can confirm which servers, components, and modules are running on your system. If you call Support for assistance, they might ask to see this information.
