Seamless file and image sharing
Files and image sharing capability is enhanced by enabling the drag-and-drop in Live Chat. Live agents and users can share images by pasting them into the chat box and share files by simply dragging them into the chat box.
This feature enhances the user experience by streamlining file and screenshot sharing, thereby making the live chat interactions more seamless. It also improves efficiency by enabling live agents to quickly provide visual context or required documents, speeding up issue resolution and improving service response times.

Automate ticket closure after a chat ends
