To register for the HOME program
By registering for the HOME program, you can align your team, validate prerequisites, and get dedicated support and a seamless upgrade experience.
Call BMC Helix customer support or log in to BMC Helix Support Central to open a HOME case.
The BMC Helix support team schedules a kickoff call.
- Discuss your environment details to plan your migration and the migration date.
- Analyze the environment and update the templates. See Stage 1 in the Upgrade process overview page.
- Plan and prepare for deployments. See the Day 0 and Day 1 tabs in the Deployment overview section.
- Close the HOME case.
