Data sources for BMC Helix AIOps


BMC Helix AIOps connects with various data sources, such as BMC solutions and third-party products, to gather events, metrics, service topologies, vulnerabilities, logs, traces, incidents, and change requests. BMC Helix AIOps centralizes data from these sources, providing a holistic view of your IT environment. By consolidating and analyzing this data, BMC Helix AIOps helps in root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution of the impacted services across the organization.
