Automatically convert user names synchronized from LDAP to lowercase

Configure the LDAP sync agent to sync user names from the LDAP server to BMC Helix Portal in lowercase. This capability helps you prevent login issues in BMC Helix Dashboards.

Configure notification preferences

As a user, configure preferences to receive or disable in-app, email, or both notifications to improve focus and reduce distraction. These notification preferences supersede the default notification settings defined for notification profiles.
