Automatic assignment to individuals

In addition to configuring group assignment, you can use the predefined assignment processes provided with BMC Remedy ITSM that use the BMC Remedy Assignment Engine for automatic assignment to individuals.

Advanced administrators can also define custom individual assignment information for the BMC Remedy Assignment Engine.
