Mixpanel Analytics

Support for Mixpanel Analytics is discontinued from September 30, 2023. Mixpanel Analytics is turned off for existing customers if it was previously enabled.

Mixpanel Analytics enabled BMC support to track end users' activity in BMC Helix Digital Workplace. The data was used to get web statistics and optimize the functionality and performance of the website. It was used to get insights on search behavior to help with the personalization of BMC Helix Digital Workplace and market research.

Basic authentication for Microsoft Exchange

Starting October 1, 2022, Microsoft deprecated basic authentication for Microsoft Exchange. Customers need to migrate to OAuth2 authentication.

To enable OAuth2 authentication for the Microsoft Exchange pluggable provider in BMC Helix Digital Workplace, in the provider settings, select the Enable OAuth2 check box, and enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Exchange Tenant ID, and URL. For detailed instructions, see List of providers.
