This patch consolidates all the patches and hotfixes delivered for Remedy version 20.02 and later into a single patch. This patch also includes fixes for defects covering Remedy version 20.02 issues. Patch 02 contains the updates delivered in Patch 01 for version 20.02, including Adobe Flash replacement capabilities.

Additionally, this patch contains a list of objects modified or added in the Remedy platform components.

Important

Before you install the 20.02.02 patch, ensure that Remedy platform components are upgraded to version 20.02.

Because this patch includes the updates delivered in Patch 01 for version 20.02, you can directly upgrade to Patch 02 from version 20.02.

Patch 2 for version 20.02 is available. You must directly upgrade from version 20.02 to Patch 02 (20.02.02) of Remedy IT Service Management Suite.

This patch consolidates all the hotfixes delivered for Remedy version 20.02 and later into a single patch. This patch also includes fixes for defects covering Remedy version 20.02 issues.

Additionally, this patch contains a list of objects modified or added in the Remedy platform components.

You can create a PDF of a page or a set of pages. (Non-English page exports are not supported.) You can also create a Word document of the current page.

To export to PDF

  1. Click the Export icon in the upper-right. 1744830844926-963.png
  2. From the Export menu, select PDF.
  3. Follow the prompts for page selection and other options.
  4. Click Export.
