Configuring knowledge article approvals
A Knowledge Coach configures approvals for publishing, retiring, and canceling knowledge articles by creating an approval flow to define approvers or a chain of approvers. An approval flow includes the following items:
- Status at which the approval is triggered
- Approvers who can approve or reject the tasks

For example, a Knowledge Coach can create an approval workflow for HR policy knowledge articles, allowing a group of HR approvers to approve or reject them.
Process for configuring a knowledge article approval
