Setting the tenancy mode

Multi-Tenancy mode is a way to keep the data separate among multiple companies, departments, or other groups. It also makes it possible to host multiple companies and their data on a single server.

If your organization plans to run the applications in Multi-Tenancy mode, you must set the Multi-Tenancy option in the System Settings form.

To set the tenancy mode

  1. Open the System Settings form by entering the appropriate URL in the Address field of your browser. Use the following URL format:
    http://<midTierServerName>:<Port>/arsys/forms/<ARSystemServerName>/SYS%3ASystem+Settings/
  2. In the Tenancy Mode field, select Multi-Tenancy and click Save.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
