Considerations for using third-party applications


As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications that BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker supports. Before you proceed with an integration, you must learn about the third-party application that you are integrating with BMC Helix ITSM. This information helps you to gain a better understanding of the application and the business goals you can achieve by integrating it with BMC Helix ITSM.
