Enabling Advanced Responsive Navigation

The BMC Helix ITSM navigation bar based on BMC Helix Innovation Studio offers a user-friendly interface that provides quick access to various modules and functions by organizing tools and options in a logical and accessible manner. It is designed to significantly improve user experience and efficiency. The key features are:

  • Customization and configuration options: Tailor the navigation bar to your specific roles and preferences. Add custom application modules, and rename, add, or delete navigation menu items by using BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
  • Performance Boost: The load time for the BMC Helix Innovation Studio based asset console, ticket console, and calendar is comparatively less than that of the classic Smart IT navigation bar.
  • Responsive Layout: The navigation bar is responsive to screen sizes. As the screen size reduces, the menu changes from a horizontal layout to a hamburger menu. When you click the hamburger menu, the navigation bar is displayed vertically.
