Deployment architecture

Deployment architecture describes the relationships among BMC solutions, value paths, and applications, and how the applications are deployed in a physical environment. Before you design a BMC Helix ITSM deployment, you must understand the business requirements, use cases, and value paths of the system.

A common deployment architecture is presented for BMC Helix ITSM. The value paths related to BMC Helix ITSM key concepts have separate use cases, but they use the same set or subset of products.
