Viewing problem candidate cluster insights

While investigating problem candidates in the Console, you can use the AI-enabled chat to find insights about the clusters. You can either type your question in the chat panel or select a preconfigured question to seek a response. It eliminates the need to search through every cluster in the console to find relevant insights.

The following image displays the chat panel of the console:

To view the insights of all problem candidate clusters

  1. In the Console, in the Converse with Clusters panel, select a preconfigured question.
    Alternatively, type your question in the Ask a question box.

  2. Click 1773727086734-175.png.
  3. (Optional) To view more details about the cluster, click the cluster link from the response.
  4. (Optional) Type a follow-up question or click 1773727275118-776.png to start a new conversation.
