Troubleshooting issues with relationships


When you try to relate multiple CIs to tickets, you may encounter issues. Use this information to understand the issue and resolve them.

I am unable to find the CIs to relate to an incident, problem or known error ticket.

Multiple users face this issue.

  • Verify that you have entered the correct CI names.
  • Verify that the CI record exists in the system.
  • Verify that you have the permissions to access CIs.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
