Map of system roles to Change Management roles

You can map various system roles to the BMC Helix ITSM: Change Management roles.

System role

Corresponds to

Application Manager

  • Users having the change coordinator role
  • Users having the change manager role
  • Users having the Change Master permission

Application Implementer

Users belonging to the Change Implementer support group

Application Requester

Users that are entered in the following fields:

  • Submitted by
  • Requested by
  • Requested for
