Managing releases

Release coordinators  can seamlessly create and manage release requests by using the BMC Helix ITSM. When you want to implement or deploy an application or a software on a large scale across the company, you can consider creating a release request and handle it as a release. Every release has set milestones, and activities and tasks help you achieve the milestones. You can relate change requests to release and create activities to efficiently manage tasks. Release user, release coordinator and release master are the functional roles that play a key role in release management.
