Overview of schedule
The BMC Helix ITSM: Asset Management application provides a model for defining two different types of schedules: Maintenance Schedules and Audit Schedules. A user with Asset admin permission defines time periods in which maintenance or audits need to be done for a particular CI or set of CIs.
