Troubleshooting CMDB user interface issues

If you are not able to launch the CMDB UI through Mid Tier, you must check whether the redirect URL is as described in Configuring-the-URL-to-access-CMDB-Portal-through-Mid-Tier.

Enter credentials to access CMDB UI through Mid Tier.

If,

  • You see the CMDB login page: you must ensure that RSSO is configured correctly to the Jetty.
  • You see the RSSO login page: you must check your RSSO configuration settings to make sure the domain name is set correctly in the realm settings in the RSSO adminstration console.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
