Unify field service operations with an integrated platform

Introduces a single, integrated Field Service Management platform built on BMC Helix ITSM and extended through BMC Helix Innovation Studio and Mobile Reach. The platform leverages standard ITSM objects including work orders, users, assignments, and status transitions to support end-to-end field service execution within a consistent operational and data model.

Gain end-to-end visibility across the work lifecycle

The platform delivers system-wide visibility across the full field service lifecycle, including dashboard monitoring, dispatcher assignment and scheduling, route planning, field execution, and work order closure. The system continuously captures and synchronizes operational, location, and status data, enabling SLA measurement, performance reporting, and operational analysis.

Execute field work on mobile with offline synchronization

The Mobile application extends FSM capabilities to the mobile environment, enabling field execution of assigned routes and work orders. The application supports access to checklists, inventory and asset scanning, evidence capture, time reporting, and leave management. The system queues transactional data during offline operation and automatically synchronizes it to the core system upon connectivity restoration.

Manage compliance, inventory, and workforce through integrated controls

The Checklists, Inventory Movement, and HR Console modules deliver integrated controls for procedural compliance, inventory movement, and workforce availability. The modules enable configuration of standardized execution steps, asset and inventory tracking via scan workflows, time and attendance capture, and availability management, supporting governed and auditable field service operations.
