  • Manage field service operations on a unified platform built on BMC Helix ITSM, using standard objects for work orders, assignments, and status tracking across office and field operations.
  • Monitor field service lifecycle status from dispatch to closure, with continuous data synchronization supporting SLA tracking, dispatcher scheduling, route planning, and operational reporting.
  • Execute field work and synchronize data from mobile devices, with support for checklists, inventory and asset scanning, evidence capture, time reporting, and leave management during online and offline operation.
  • Enforce compliance and track inventory through integrated controls for standardized procedures, workforce availability management, and auditable field service execution.
