Setting up and going live


BMC has consolidated Service Management applications into a single environment known as BMC Helix Innovation Suite that combines capabilities of AR System and BMC Helix Innovation Studio. This consolidation enables you to simplify your deployment architecture significantly and considerably reduce operational costs. 


BMC Helix Innovation Suite simplifies administration, provides new development capabilities, improves the ability to interoperate between applications, and reduces operational costs.

Warning (Live Chat version 21.05.01 and later)

Live Chat in the Mid Tier is not supported in Live Chat version 21.05 patch 2 (21.05.02) and later. Before deploying Live Chat version 21.05.02, you must upgrade to Live Chat version 19.08, 19.11, 20.02, 20.08, 21.02, or 21.05.
