Configuring Program D

BMC Virtual Chat uses Program D to assist with its artificial intelligence processing. Program D is a Java servlet that is deployed via a Java server, such as Apache Tomcat. It uses Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) as its artificial intelligence engine.
