Service connector capabilities

Service connectors connect your catalog to external systems. BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog includes out-of-the-box connectors.

As a developer or an application business analyst, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit and MuleSoft, to integrate BMC Helix Innovation Studio applications with third-party applications. BMC Helix iPaaS is an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), used to connect BMC products with on-premises, cloud, and legacy third-party applications. Learn more about BMC Helix iPaaS integration in the BMC Helix iPaaS documentation. For more information about the integration with BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, see Integrating BMC Helix Innovation Studio applications with third-party applications by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit . For more information about the integration with BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft, see Integrating BMC Helix Innovation Studio applications with third-party applications by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft.

BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog also supports automation connectors configured in BMC Helix Innovation Studio. For more information about automation connectors, see Automating processes in the official BMC Helix Innovation Studio documentation.
