Managing broadcasts and notifications for end users

Notifications are the status updates and alerts related to service requests submitted by end users in BMC Helix Digital Workplace. Broadcasts are messages created to notify several users of an important event, an alert, or critical information. 

Notifications are sent as email, push, and in-app messages. Broadcasts are sent as push and in-app messages. Users can also receive notifications and broadcasts in BMC Helix Virtual Agent (DWP Advanced icon.pngBMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced license only).
