Before you begin
- To manage the general capabilities of end users, obtain a BMC Helix Digital Workplace administrator permission; to manage catalog services and other Advanced features, obtain a BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog administrator permission.
- If you administer the application deployed on-premises with containers, you might need to manage tenants.
